Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and preparing documents.

Recruitment Coordination: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.

Employee Relations Support: Assist with employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.

Project Participation: Contribute to various HR projects, gaining valuable experience in areas such as employee engagement, talent development, and HR systems.

Learning & Development: Participate in departmental activities (meetings, training sessions, etc.) to enhance your HR knowledge and skills.

Payroll Support: Gather and organize payroll data, including working hours, leave requests, and bank account details.
