Health, Safety and Environment Graduate Trainee/ Intern
The HSE Graduate is responsible for guiding management regarding HSE processes and requirements to ensure legal compliance per legislation and the application of the Group’s HSE policy and procedures.
Qualifications and position requirements
- Bachelor of Science Honours in Environmental Management.
- Knowledge and experience in auomotive environment.
- Knowledge of HSE tools and methods : AMDEC, 5 why methodology, job instruction, audits, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Knowledge of legal requirements.
- Competency in MS Office;(Excel & Word)
- South African citizens
Maintenance Graduate Trainee/ Intern
The Maintenance Graduate will be responsible for completing all tasks assigned by the maintenance management team.
They will assist with scheduling, executing and following up on equipment maintenance activities as well as ordering and ensuring spare part stock on hand is maintained.
Minimum education level:
- Diploma/ Degree in technical field.
Skills and competencies:
- Previous experience in a technical field would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb time management and professionalism.
- A growth mindset and willingness to accept criticism.
- A valid driver’s license may be required.
