Key Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

No two days are the same.

You’ll be collaborating on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of technology and contributing to multidisciplinary teams, bringing your fresh perspective to complex challenges.

At Harmattan, we are always looking at ways to improve and we’ll rely on you to help us troubleshoot and optimise our existing systems and research and introduce new ways to enhance our performance.

Your daily workload will include:

  • assisting in the design and analysis of renewable energy systems
  • supporting the development of technical reports and documentation
  • providing administrative support on projects when required
  • participating in site visits and data collection for projects
  • collaborating with Engineers and Project Managers on various tasks
  • undergoing specific training in renewable energy projects and value chain

What to expect from the Programme

  • 12 month graduate programme
  • Comprehensive training: Engage in a structured training program that combines hands-on experience with formal learning. You’ll gain insights into various aspects of our operations while developing your technical and soft skills.
  • Mentorship: Each graduate is paired with a mentor who will guide you through your 12 months, offering valuable advice and support as you navigate your new role. Expect to participate in regular check-ins and quarterly progress reviews with your seniors.

  • Rotational opportunities: Experience different departments and projects within the company. These rotations will help you discover your strengths and interests while building a diverse skill set.
  • Innovative projects: Work on real projects that make a difference. You’ll have the chance to contribute to meaningful work that impacts our clients and communities.
