The EasyPay Everywhere Tech Skills Bursary is available to tertiary students in the fields of Information Systems, Technology, Maths or Data Science.
What the Bursary covers
- Registration & Tuition costs to the value of R 100 000 per year.
If you’ve completed your first year of study with results over 65% and are studying in one of the following fields, apply for the EasyPay Everywhere Tech Skills Bursary today.

If you’ve completed your first year of tertiary study with results over 65% and are studying in any of the following Tech related fields, apply for the EasyPay Everywhere Tech Skills Bursary today.
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Information Systems
- Data Science
- Mechatronics
- Software Development
- Computer Engineering
- Cloud Engineering
- Business Analysis
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Actuarial Science
Students must be a relative/dependent of an active EasyPay Everywhere customer.
Bursary Application Criteria
To apply, you must:
- Be related to/dependent of an EasyPay Everywhere active account holder.
- Be a tertiary student at an accredited SA institution of higher learning.
- Be studying in a qualifying Technology/STEM related field.
- Have completed your first year of study with a minimum average of 65%.
- Apply before the application deadline: 30th November 2024.

Students who meet the criteria must submit the online application form and the following supporting documents and information:
- ID document (certified copy);
- Full tertiary academic record (on tertiary institution letterhead)(certified copy);
- Latest academic transcripts/exam results (certified copy);
- Proof of enrolment at tertiary institution for the applicable Tech related field of study;
- Proof of household income (payslips/affidavit if unemployed/pension statement if receiving state pension);
- Proof of relationship with or proof of dependence on EasyPay Everywhere account holder (e.g. Affidavit);
- EasyPay Everywhere account holder ID number (copy); and
- EasyPay Everywhere account holder account number.
