This exciting new initiative offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to make a real impact in social justice.
The Faculty will select 3 students for a full-time, one-month internship at o leading public interest law organisation in early 2025. Through this pilot programme, interns will gain hands-on experience, training, and mentorship in social justice lawyering.
Qualifications
This internship is open to LLB students entering their final LLB year in 2025, as well as those enrolling in an LLM at UJ in 2025.
We seek candidates with a strong commitment to human rights and a demonstrated record of academic excellence. Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial but not required.

Applications close on 18 November 2024. Interviews for shortlisted candidates to take place in early December.
