Job Purpose
Under the guidance of Maintenance Team Leaders, the incumbent will be placed on a training programme to qualify in ab artisan trade.
A Learnership agreement, on a fixed term basis, will be entered into between the company and the selected candidates.
Study fields
The development plan for Learnership entails the following:
- Off-the-job training at an identified Technical Training Centre.
- On-the-job training to ensure that learners are exposed to mechanical, electrical and Instrumentation equipment and maintenance practices.

Qualifications
Applicants must be unemployed youth who are technically inclined, and are in possession of the following are invited to apply:
- Grade 12 with pure mathematics (not Maths literacy), Physical Science and English, all passes.
- N2 Certificate including four relevant subjects of Maths, Engineering Science and a third and fourth subject as required by the trade
