The Eastern Cape Department of Community Safety is offering an internship programme for over 2024/25-2025/26 financial year.
Closing date: 15 November
STIPEND : R7 450.75 per month
CENTRE : Bhisho
The programme will be for non-renewable period of 24 months.
Eligibility
- Applications are invited from Unemployed graduates in possession of the Degree or National Diploma as per requirements.
- Must be between ages 18 – 35.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Must have no criminal record.
- Applicants must be unemployed and never participated in an internship programme previously

Labour Relations Internship
Requirements: National Diploma/Degree in Labour Relations/ Employees Relations/Labour Law.
Human Resources Conditions Internship
Requirements: National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Development / Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology
Policy Development Internship
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Humanities with a module on research methodology and policy development.
Financial Management Internship
Requirements: National Diploma/Degree in Financial Accounting/ Accounting/ Financial Management/ Cost and Management Accounting and Auditing
Transport Management Internship
Requirements: National Diploma/Degree in Transport Management/ Transport Economics/ Transport Logistics Management
Marketing and Communications Internship
Requirements: National Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Journalism/Graphic Design/Media and Communications
ICT Internship
Requirements: National Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science.
