Requirements

  • The applicant must be an unemployed South African youth.
  • Must have completed and passed grade 12 (Matric).
  • Hold a valid South African ID.

  • Must have passed and completed a National Diploma/Degree in Labour Relations or Labour Law at any recognized South African Institute of Higher Education and Training (HET) on the discipline. NQF level 8 qualification will serve as advantageous.
  • The applicant must not have been exposed to work experience in their area of study or have participated in an internship program before.

Core Responsibilities

Critical performance areas: these will include, but not limited to, Dispute Management functions.

The successful candidate must enter into an employment contract and sign a performance agreement with the PHSDSBC.
