Data Capturer

The Data Capturer assists with the accurate data processing of paper records into an electronic format that facilitates data review and analysis.

Education

  • Grade 12

Advantageous

  • GCP training

Experience

  • One-year experience in data capturing

Requirements

  • Advanced computer skills
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills

Please note: The successful candidate will be based between Tshwane and Kempton Park.

Office Coordinator

Purpose: To manage and coordinate all administrative functions and staff-related activities within the Department as well as establish and maintain appropriate recording and reporting systems within the Department.

  • Grade 12
  • Appropriate Post Matric Qualification

Advantageous

  • Relevant Degree/Advanced Diploma in Communication or Business Administration
  • Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting or Bookkeeping

Experience

  • 2 years’ experience in a Senior Administrator/Coordinator/Communications Officer position
  • 5 years’ administration experience
  • 2 years’ experience in managing people and/or projects

Health Care Worker – Mafikeng

Purpose: Assists with the accurate data processing of paper records into an electronic format that facilitates data review and analysis.

Assist with filing administration system effectively in keeping and retrieving files and documents organised for the company. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for providing patient literacy, tracing (patient reminder system) and/or counselling and testing.

Education

  • Grade 12 with pass in English Language

Advantageous

  • Basic Computer skills
  • Basic Microsoft office skills
  • Basic Mathematics & Numeracy Skills

Health Care Worker – Klerksdorp

Purpose: Assists with the accurate data processing of paper records into an electronic format that facilitates data review and analysis.

Data Monitor

Purpose: Responsible for the ongoing analysis of health care information, obtained from a variety of sources in all data collection and analysis activities to help ensure accountability and efficiency from start to finish for all programmes and projects, both new and established throughout the Company.

Education

  • Grade 12

Advantageous

  • GCP certificate

Experience

  • At least 2-3 years’ data capturing experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the health industry or research industry
