The Free State Provincial Department of Social Development invites TVET college graduates to apply for the Internship Programme 2025.
Closing Date: 29 November 2024
Stipend: The interns will receive a monthly stipend of R5,000.
Applications are invited from suitably qualifying unemployed graduates who have never participated In Internship programmes before to apply for the internship programme that will run for a period of 12 months contract.
Job Purpose
The Free State Provincial Department of Social Development in partnership with Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority (HWSETA) is contributing towards skills development initiatives for the youth in province by providing opportunities to unemployed graduates to gain work experience In various work disciplines.
This opportunity will provide them with valuable work experience and increase their prospects towards employment.
Requirements
- Candidates must he unemployed graduates residing in Free State Province.
- Unemployed graduates must have completed tertiary qualifications (certificate through graduation) which is a three-year (3) Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma from a recognized University or TVET College and
- Have never participated in an internship Programme from National, Provincial and Local government before.
- Candidates must be computer literate. Prepared to undergo a selection process that will includes structured Interview.

Applications must be on fully completed Z83 from with a detailed CV Including contract telephone number, physical and postal address, copies of ID and qualifications, proof of residence and affidavit indicating that the applicant has never benefited horn the internship programme before and he/she is currently unemployed.

Applicants must indicate the specific area of placement between Mangaung Metro, Xhariep District. Thabo Mofutsanyana and Faille Debi District in Four(4) District offices respectively.
