Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 Certificate with passes in Mathematics (not Maths Literacy), Physical Science, and English, OR NCV Level 4 in a relevant trade with all courses completed.
- Fitness: Certificate of Fitness or the ability to obtain one.
- Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Documentation: Certified copies of all relevant certificates, ID, and proof of address (not older than 3 months).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in both off-the-job and on-the-job training as part of the Trade Learnership Programme.
- Take responsibility for your training programme and proactively engage in your development.
- Complete and pass the relevant trade test.
- Represent the company as an ambassador and adhere to the code of conduct.
