Qualifications

• NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults)

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in the mining and/or processing industry.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Experience in administrative function, specifically document control and records management.
• Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
• Clear security screening record.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• POPI Act compliant

Key Responsibilities

• Effective utilisation of Health & Safety systems. 
• To effectively and efficiently process and adjudicate claims for work-related injuries and illnesses, within the scope of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases
• Liaise with key business stakeholders to gather Health & Safety data and information. 

• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organisation 
• Actively support and meaningfully participate in the execution of the segment specific organisational development plan. 
• Maintain and comply with company standards within the work environment. • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
