The purpose of this Programme is to provide the Graduate with advanced workplace learning in a specialised discipline in the field of study.

Key Focus Areas

The incumbent will gain exposure to the following areas:

• • Tailings dam design, construction and operating requirements.
• • Gain understanding on the implementation GISM (Global industry standard on tailings management) on various Fraser Alexander sites
• • Exposure to technical reporting, presentation and technical meetings on tailings management.
• • Plant structures and civils works including designs exposure.
• • Exposure to the metallurgical processes.

Qualifications

• BSc / Bachelor’s Degree / BTech in Surveying

Requirements

• • Medically fit
• • Unemployed
• • Driver’s license
• • Candidate must not have been in a similar Graduate Programme previously
