  • SALARY  : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R278 060.00 – R327 129.00                      :
  • POSITION STATUS  : Permanent 

Location: ICASA (Head Office – Eco Park, Centurion), Gauteng

Purpose of the job           

To process invoices and payments of suppliers and service providers in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organization; and to ensure adherence to the PFMA Act and National Treasury Regulations. 

Key Outputs

The successful candidate will report to the Supervisor: Accounts Payable; and their responsibilities will include:

● Ensuring that payments to service providers are processed timeously. ● Following up on monthly payments and contract payments.

● Ensuring all invoices are paid as and when due. ● Obtaining monthly statements at the end of every month.           

● Preparing monthly general ledger reconciliations. ● Ensuring all supplier accounts and expense accounts are reviewed for compliance at month-end and year-end.

● Ensuring that all supplier accounts are up to date ● Assisting Internal Auditors and External Auditors with information when requested.

Qualifications and Experience

● Accounting or Finance Higher Certificate (NQF Level 5). ● Accounting or Finance Degree (NQF Level 7) will be an added advantage.

● Minimum 4 years’ work experience in the Finance environment of which 2 years must be in accounts payable.     

● Intermediate proficiency level in MS Excel will be an added advantage. ● Experience in working on JDE will be an added advantage.
