Location: Parow, Western Cape
This position offers support to the SHEQ department and implements legal compliance at the DC’s.
Job Purpose
Offers administrative support to the SHEQ department by coordinating and implementing general administrative functions.
To co-ordinate, manage and implement SHEQ systems to ensure compliance to Coca-Cola, legal and other requirements.
Key Duties
- General Office Administration
- SHEQ Finances Administration
- SHEQ Depots Planning and Implementation
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and training
- Take and transcribe minutes
- Liaise with internal customers, suppliers and authorities
- Control stationery / office equipment
- SHEQ Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in Health and Safety experience would be advantageous
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
- MS Office proficiency
- Drivers License – Code B
