Receptionist (Musgrave Campus)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The Receptionist will perform 60% receptionist duties and 40% administrative duties as per management discretion.
- Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone, email, and face to face

Administrative Assistant (Musgrave Campus)
The Teaching Practice Administrative Assistant will take responsibility for aspects of administrative support in the Teaching Practice Department in the Bachelor of Education Foundation Phase Teaching (B. Ed FP) and Intermediate Phase Teaching (B.Ed. IP) and Higher Certificate in Pre-School Education (HC) contact learning programmes as specified by the Academic Manager/WIL Manager/ Discipline Leader – Teaching Practice UG/ Teaching Practice Module Co-ordinator.
This position requires the ability to deal with a variety of tasks, including:
- Managing the placement of students in schools, including related documentation
- Managing the institutional placement databases for the students, schools and assessors
- Assisting students with finding suitable schools for teaching practice
- Dealing with queries from schools, school-based assessors, lecturers as well as students
- Recording and management of all correspondence with schools/students/ assessors/Academic Manager/ Discipline Leader/ Module Co-ordinators
- Managing all school-based assessment documents as well as attendance registers from schools
- Arranging consultations between schools, students, assessors, Academic Manager/ Discipline Leader/Module Co-ordinator where needed
