Tyre Maintenance Controller
Purpose of the Job: To take full control of the Tyre Bay functions, including driving to various sites to carry out routine tyre maintenance, including tyre breakdowns, tyre surveys, preventative tyre maintenance and ensuring all is maintained as per Value standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Code B Driver’s license
- 1 – 2 years of heavy-duty tyre experience
- Physically able to lift heavy objects
Accounts Receivable Officer
Purpose of the Job: Manage credit risk for each of the accounts approved for credit and ensure that the convenience market’s customers adhere to payment terms.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
National Key Accounts Manager
The primary purpose of this job is to cultivate and enhance relationships with Key Account clients across various levels, ensuring that service delivery meets the agreed-upon terms and service levels.
The role involves overseeing the daily management of the account while proactively identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within existing Key Account business to drive growth and strengthen partnerships.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 3 Years of previous Key Accounts experience
- MHE Industry experience will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
Diesel Mechanic
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Trade tested
- 3-4 years of experience in a workshop environment maintaining and repairing trucks
- Experience with UD vehicles will be advantageous
Operations Manager
Purpose: Manage the operation in a way which meets the company objectives, maximises profits, grows the operation and meets customer requirements.
This involves overseeing all areas of the operation and managing all functions relevant to staff within the operation and respective areas.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 3 years operational experience

Debriefer (Nightshift)
Purpose: Ensure that delivery trip sheets, PODs, and drivers are debriefed according to the Value Procedure.
Report driver incidents or accidents to the Branch/Operations Manager. Report vehicle damages to the Dedicated Distribution Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Good communication skills
- Able to complete forms related to my own working area
- Can complete administrative procedures with the necessary directions and systems at disposal
Inventory Controller
Purpose of the Job: Carry out inventory procedures within an operation or as allocated in line with Value inventory procedures and customer inventory requirements.
Ensure all reports are managed and maintained and inventory accuracy levels are maintained at all times.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Logistics/warehouse/business management diploma/degree beneficial
- 3 years of experience in the logistics/warehouse industry with inventory knowledge
Debriefer

Driver Training Academy Instructor/Assessor
Purpose of the Job: The DTA Instructor will assume full accountability and responsibility for all Assessments and administration that come with facilitation.
The instructor will coach new and existing driver to evaluate the standard of the driver competency.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Assessor certificate
- Moderator certificate
- Train the Trainer certificate
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facilitation and Assessor.
