Remuneration
- Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview and provided with further details about the implementation of the WEGP at Grindrod.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful applicant will engage in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
General Responsibilities
- Practical Experience: Gain hands-on work experience and competence in various functional areas.
- Development Areas: Focus on both technical and behavioral skills enhancement.
- Innovation and Improvement: Collaborate with teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Business Understanding: Work closely with team members to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business operations.
- Customer Service Insight: Demonstrate an understanding of customer service within the organization.
Requirements
We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following minimum criteria:
- Academic Excellence: Recent graduates who have completed a bachelor’s degree in finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or SHERQ.
- Documentation: Applicants must submit a CV, academic record, and matric certificate.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and communicate ideas effectively.
