BMW Group South Africa is proud to host the Yes4Youth (Y4Y) programme in 2025, a collaborative initiative aimed at addressing youth unemployment in South Africa.

This program is designed to equip young participants with essential skills and provide meaningful workplace experiences.
Program Duration: This is a 12-month program running from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.
- Have completed their studies.
- Have not previously participated in a Y4Y program.
- Are currently unemployed.
Program Locations: Participants will be based in Gauteng at one of the following locations:
- Midrand Campus, Johannesburg
- Plant in Rosslyn, Pretoria
- Menlyn (BMW IT HUB), Pretoria
Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to participants aged between 18 and 34.
Qualifications and Fields of Study
Eligible candidates should possess a University Degree or National Diploma in one of the following areas:
Business Administration / Management
Risk Management
Insurance
Human Resources
Industrial Psychology
Marketing
LLB/Law
Analytics / Business Analytics
Information Technology (IT) (e.g., JAVA, Information Systems, SAP, ABAP Certification)
Graphic Design (with a focus on UX)
Computer Science
Finance, Accounting, Economics, Internal Auditing, or Tax
Political Sciences
BSc/BEng/BTech in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
Supply Chain / Logistics
Public Relations
Journalism
Communications
Business Management
Early Learning Centre / Diploma in Teaching
