Available job vacancies
1. Grant Administrators (x4 Posts)
- Level: 05
- Salary: R202,233 – R235,611 per annum (exclusive of benefits)
- Locations:
- Cofimvaba (Ref No: SAS 21/2024)
- East London (Ref No: SAS 22/2024)
- Idutywa (Ref No: SAS 23/2024)
- Qumbu (Ref No: SAS 24/2024)
Minimum Requirements:
- Senior Certificate (NOF Level 4)
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Added Advantage: A valid driver’s license and/or administrative/clerical experience.
Duties:
- Assist in the administration of Social Grants at Local Office Level.
- Screen all grant applications and capture applications on the system.
- Provide customer care and process grant documentation.
- Conduct quality control on grant applications.
2. Administrative Officer (x1)
- Level: 7
- Salary: R308,154 – R362,994 per annum (exclusive of benefits)
- Location: Cofimvaba Local Office (Ref No: SAS 20/2024)
Minimum Requirements:
- Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NOF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA.
- 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Added Advantage: A valid driver’s license.
Duties:
- Provide support services in areas such as transport, human resource administration, provisioning services, and general administrative support.

3. Support Technician (x1)

- Salary: R376,413 – R443,403 per annum (exclusive of benefits)
- Location: Regional Office East London (Ref No: SAS 19/2024)
Minimum Requirements:
- Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NOF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA.
- 2-3 years’ experience in the ICT field.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Added Advantage: A valid driver’s license.
Duties:
- Provide supplier management services, troubleshoot and resolve user problems, install and maintain computer hardware and software, and train users in software applications.

- Salary: R849,702 – R1,000,908 per annum (inclusive of benefits)
- Location: Regional Office East London (Ref No: SAS 18/2024)
Minimum Requirements:
- Undergraduate qualification (NOF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA.
- 1-2 years management experience in the ICT field.
- A valid driver’s license is essential.
Duties:
- Manage the implementation of Business Systems, develop and manage strategy for business systems, and oversee database administration.
