Role and Responsibilities
Key Activities
As a Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician (DIAT), the role includes:
- Conducting cycle audits and managing incoming/outgoing deliveries.
- Coordinating security for third-party vendors.
- Documenting inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensuring proper execution of warranty processes and destruction of data-bearing devices.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate and updated information within various inventory management systems.
- Track physical inventory and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- Notify management regarding stock shortages and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and at least 1 year of experience in warehouse/supply chain within an IT environment, or equivalent experience.
- Must pass a Microsoft Cloud background check initially and every two years afterward.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse/supply chain specifically related to IT, including operating heavy-load movement equipment.
