Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements:
    • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Secretarial Diploma
  • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of secretarial experience in a corporate or client service environment.

Technical / Professional Knowledge

  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
  • Understanding of banking procedures and business terminology
  • Proficiency in data analysis
