Requirements
- Education: Qualification at NQF level 6 in Public Management, Public Administration, Operations Management, Business Management, Management, or Administration recognized by SAQA.
- Experience: Completion of the Cadet or Internship programme within the Department of Home Affairs is an advantage.
- Knowledge: Understanding of relevant public service frameworks, Civic Services Regulations, fraud prevention, and Batho Pele Principles.

Duties
- Process civic service applications and issue documents according to standard operating procedures.
- Administer the provision of documents related to citizenship, births, marriages, deaths, travel documents, and passports.
- Provide administrative support and address enquiries.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
- Implement governance processes and manage resources effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
