Bosch Holdings is offering exciting Graduate Engineer in Training (EIT) positions for recent BSc/BEng graduates in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering disciplines.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience through a comprehensive three-year EIT program starting in March 2025.

  • Design & specifications
  • Construction supervision and commissioning activities for multi-disciplinary EPCM projects
  • Project management support
  • Research and development

Key Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Engineering qualification
  • Strong academic record

Knowledge and Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Basic CAD skills
  • Strong English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Good report writing abilities
  • Excellent communication skills

Attributes and Soft Skills

  • Good interpersonal skills for interaction with clients, staff, and senior management
  • Self-motivated, vibrant, and enthusiastic
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Loyal and committed
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Confidence and professionalism

Previous Work Experience (Advantageous):

  • Willingness to travel beyond South African borders for work assignments
  • Valid driver’s license
