DURATION: 24 MONTHS FIXED-TERM CONTRACT
POSITION LEVEL: INTERNSHIP
STIPEND: Commensurate with education and experience levels as per MHSC policy
Purpose of Internship
This is a structured development process aimed at providing real workplace experience and enhancing employability skills for a period of 24 months.
The internship program will commence on February 1, 2025, and conclude on January 31, 2027.

Minimum Requirements
A degree or equivalent qualification in one of the following fields:
- Mining, Engineering, or relevant fields
- Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- Finance or Accounting
- Industrial Psychology or Human Resources
- Governance or related fields
Other requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 35 as of February 1, 2025.
- Must be an unemployed graduate.
