Position: Internship
Location: Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa
Stipend: R7,500 per month

This program is designed to provide practical experience and professional development over a period of 24 months.
Internship Purpose
This internship program aims to equip graduates with essential skills and insights across various sectors within the tourism and film industries.
Interns will play a vital role in supporting ongoing projects and initiatives that promote and develop tourism and film in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Interns will be involved in:
- Assisting with the implementation of various tourism and film projects.
- Supporting different departments through administrative and project-related tasks.
- Promoting and marketing the tourism and film sectors of Kwazulu-Natal.
- Conducting research and analysis to support departmental goals.
- Engaging with stakeholders to enhance tourism and film development initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess a 3-year National Diploma or Degree in one of the following fields:
Heritage & Tourism Studies
Marketing
Film Studies/Project Management
Tourism Development/Management
Human Resources
PR/Communications
Information Technology
Public Management/Internal Auditing
Graphic Design
Financial or Cost & Management Accounting
Supply Chain Management
Facilities Management
Archives/Records Management
Public or Business Administration
Social Sciences, HRM, or Project Management
Economics/Statistics (Postgraduate preferred with research exposure)
Office Management
Experience
- Candidates should not have previously participated in an internship program.
- Preference will be given to residents of Kwazulu-Natal.
Skills Required
Successful candidates should demonstrate:

- Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to their field of study.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
