Role Purpose
What is a Learnership? A Learnership is a structured programme designed to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the workplace.
Our Learnership programme will enable you to obtain a Short Term and Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification, recognized by INSETA and SAQA.
Being a part of our Learnership opens up various career paths, including Claims and Operations. While completion does not guarantee full-time employment, it offers invaluable experience to kick-start your career!
Requirements
- South African citizens aged between 18-25 only
- Must have passed Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
- Pure Mathematics: Minimum 60% or Mathematical Literacy: Minimum 70%
- English: Minimum 65%
- Currently unemployed
- Must not have participated in a learnership before
Duties & Responsibilities
Process:
- Actively participate in classroom sessions and practical on-the-job training.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products, policies, and procedures.
- Compile a comprehensive portfolio of evidence for submission to SETA.
- Maintain detailed logbooks for work-based learning.
- Complete formative and summative assessments successfully.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using company systems and grasping operational processes.
Client:
- Foster and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Adhere to service level agreements, manage client expectations effectively.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing client service.
- Participate in a culture that encourages open feedback and exceptional client service standards.
- Monitor and enhance turnaround times and quality standards.
- Efficiently manage client queries, ensuring accurate resolution.
People:
