Programme Overview: The P1/P2 Work Experience Program at Richards Bay Minerals aims to empower female learners by offering essential on-the-job training needed to finalize their University of Technology qualifications and explore careers in the mining and minerals industry.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be an unemployed female South African citizen.
- Currently registered as a student at a University of Technology, qualifying for P1/P2.
- Must have completed Grade 12 with Mathematics (Pure) and Physical Science.
- Holding a National Driver’s License or a Learner’s License.
- Candidates must not have participated in any previous Work Experience (P1/P2 or Vacation Work), whether funded by MQA or a company.
- P1/P2 work experience must be a graduation requirement.
