Qualifications Required:
- Education Level: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Recent Matric: Completed within the last 5 years (2020 – 2024)

- Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level customer service during inbound and outbound interactions.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Accurately capture and confirm customer orders as per daily call lists.
- Inform customers regarding account holds and order confirmations.
- Promote Clover products and offers to customers.
- Assist team members to achieve collective results and share responsibilities.
- Participate in team meetings and uphold team values.
- Take responsibility for visual management of information within the team.
Training and Development:
- Successful applicants will participate in on-the-job training at Clover’s Call Centre and classroom sessions as per the learnership requirements, culminating in the achievement of an NQF qualification.
