Role Overview

As a Customer Service Agent, you will report to the Manager: Base Airport and play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, flight changes, and provide clear explanations of rules, terms, conditions, regulations, and procedures.
  • Support customers during flight disruptions and cancellations with empathy and efficient solutions.
  • Safeguard confidential information and handle all customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and escalate issues to the Supervisor as necessary.
  • Maintain a standard of professional customer service at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior airport and ticket sales experience is essential.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts as needed.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possess good computer literacy.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written command of the English language, including professional phone etiquette.
  • Skills: Conflict resolution skills are critical for this role.
