Job Description:
The HR Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department in various functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee engagement, training, and organizational development.
This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain practical experience in the HR field within a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Participate in training and development initiatives.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
- Strong people management skills.
- Highly motivated and self-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Minimum Requirements:
- A completed NQF 6/7 Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology.
