Job Advert Summary:
Hollard is excited to announce a 12-month Learnership program aimed at empowering unemployed South African youth.
This program offers a blend of theoretical and practical training, mentorship from industry experts, and the opportunity to earn a nationally recognized qualification (NQF level 4 certificate) in the insurance field.
Program Offerings:
- Interactive Learning Environment: Engage with peers and industry professionals.
- Mentorship: Benefit from guidance and support from experienced mentors.
- Practical and Theoretical Training: Obtain hands-on experience while learning core concepts related to operations in insurance.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Application Criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 25.
- Have passed English with 60% or higher, and one other language.
- Must have passed Math with a minimum of 40% or Math Literacy with 50% or higher.
- Not currently studying or registered for any learnership programs.
- Currently unemployed.
- Computer literacy is advantageous.
Required Skills:
- Willingness and ability to learn.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Strong listening skills.
- High level of integrity.
- Ability to tolerate stress and resist distractions.
Educational Requirements:
- Completed Matric/Grade 12.
