Job Overview
Sasol is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator for Company Secretarial Services to join its team in Sandton, Gauteng.
The successful candidate will provide specialised administrative and governance support to the Company Secretarial Services (CSS) team. This role ensures the efficient administration of statutory and group meetings, effective document management, and timely delivery of company secretarial services to stakeholders.
The position plays a vital role in maintaining strong corporate governance structures and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.

Candidates must meet one of the following qualification criteria:
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience, OR
- A 3–4 year relevant university degree or B-Tech qualification with no prior experience required

Key Responsibilities
The Administrator will support the Company Secretarial Services team through the following duties:
Meeting and Governance Administration
- Prepare and maintain distribution lists and attendance registers for meetings.
- Draft meeting agendas aligned with the annual work plan.
- Prepare and finalise board and committee meeting packs.
- Upload meeting documents onto the Boardvantage portal according to governance guidelines.
Meeting Coordination and Documentation
- Coordinate boardroom meeting logistics including venue preparation and confirmations.
- Record ghost minutes, manage attendance registers, and facilitate the signing of approved minutes by the Chairperson.
- Ensure accurate archiving of meeting documentation.
Document and Records Management
- Manage corporate documentation and records using SharePoint archival folders.
- Generate meeting and resolution extracts for submission to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC).
- Produce statutory reports from the OneWorld Blueprint system.
Administrative and Financial Support
- Prepare payment instructions for non-executive directors’ remuneration and coordinate approvals.
- Process purchase requisitions (PRs), invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Utilise SAP procurement transactions where required.
Stakeholder Support
- Respond to queries related to statutory documentation in coordination with the relevant Company Secretary.
- Assist with annual interests declarations and board appointment documentation.
