Job Overview

Clipboard is currently hiring B2B Client Support Specialists (Workplace Support Agents) to provide high-quality support to its workplace clients.

Unlike traditional call center roles, this position focuses on supporting business clients and ensuring they receive a smooth and reliable experience when using the Clipboard platform.

Successful candidates will help resolve issues, prevent customer churn, and deliver proactive solutions that improve client satisfaction. The role is primarily voice-based, with additional responsibilities involving email support and case management.
