Key Responsibilities

- Assist with updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure quality documentation is accurately filed and easily accessible.

- Assist with investigations related to customer complaints or product non-conformances.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
Process Improvement
- Help identify areas for quality improvement within production processes.
- Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Health, Safety & Compliance
- Follow all health and safety regulations within the workplace.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
- Adhere to food safety and manufacturing standards where applicable.
