Job Overview

Sappi is seeking an Administration Clerk – Khulisa to provide efficient administrative support and ensure the smooth running of Khulisa operations.

This role involves coordinating meetings and events, managing documentation and contracts, supporting financial processes, and ensuring administrative systems are maintained effectively.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Administrative-related qualification (preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant administrative experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • SAP knowledge (advantageous)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Additional Requirements

  • Valid Code EB driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Coordinate Khulisa bookings for meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Manage logistics, venues, and catering arrangements
  • Attend management meetings and compile agendas, presentations, and minutes

Documentation & Contract Management

  • Maintain archives and liaise with document warehouse
  • Initiate and track contract approval processes via e-Cams/Ariba
  • Distribute contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements

Financial & System Support

  • Generate SAP payment requisitions and process invoices
  • Ensure timely vendor payments in line with company policies
  • Maintain contractor rates and support Forcelink system users

Reporting & Communication

  • Compile monthly and weekly reports for senior management
  • Consolidate operational statistics and update reporting systems
  • Manage action logs and follow up on outstanding items

Safety & Compliance

  • Conduct monthly safety inspections
  • Ensure adherence to Sappi health and safety standards
