Job Overview

Absa is offering a Disability Only National Unemployed Learnership for aspiring Financial Advisers (FAIS). This programme is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills, knowledge, and workplace experience required in the financial services sector.

Learners will participate in structured training, gain hands-on experience, and work towards meeting FAIS compliance requirements while contributing to customer service and sales performance.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma (advantageous)

FAIS Requirements (Applicable to Role)

  • FSCA-approved qualification
  • Regulatory Exam (RE5) (to be completed/required)
  • Product-specific training (provided)
  • Class of Business training
  • Continuous Professional Development
