Requirements
Education
- Grade 12 / N3 with:

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities within the production process

- Maintain housekeeping and proper waste disposal
- Contribute to toolbox talks and safety improvements
Teamwork & Communication
- Participate in shift handovers
- Provide feedback to supervisors and cross-functional teams
- Support and coach learners on the job
Continuous Improvement
- Conduct IMS inspections to improve plant sustainability
- Identify personal training needs and contribute to development plans
