Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma (Matric) or equivalent
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging (advantageous)
- Ability to operate basic machinery
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical & Work Requirements
- Physically fit for repetitive tasks and moderate lifting
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Key Responsibilities
Packaging Operations
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery (bottling, labeling, sealing, palletizing)
- Ensure packaging materials are available and properly loaded
- Support multiple packaging lines as needed
Quality & Compliance
- Conduct routine quality checks to meet company standards
- Follow SOPs and comply with health, safety, and food safety regulations
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the work area
Reporting & Maintenance
- Report equipment faults and safety hazards promptly
- Assist with inventory control of packaging materials
Team Support
- Fill in for absent staff to ensure production continuity
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
