Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year outbound telesales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent objection handling abilities
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes
- Good time management and organizational skills
