Job Overview

AFGRI is seeking a detail-oriented Administration Clerk to join its Pietermaritzburg branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient administrative processes and supporting daily branch operations.

Requirements

Minimum Education:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 1 year of administration experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the switchboard and manage incoming calls
  • Assist with order taking and processing on Milas system
  • Generate quotes for cash customers
  • Manage invoices and hand documents
  • Order and manage stationery supplies
  • Monitor daily production records on Milas
  • Process daily stock transfers
  • Capture and manage leave requests
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties
