Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- National Diploma or National N Diploma in:
- Catering Management
- Hospitality and Catering Services
- Hotel School Qualification
- Qualification must be NQF Level 6 with 240 credits
Experience

- Prepare and produce quality food
- Assist in stock control and inventory management
- Perform administrative duties in the kitchen environment
