Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Certificate in Supply Chain Management / Logistics (Advantageous)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience handling aviation spare parts (Essential)
- Working knowledge of AMOS system
- Understanding of supply chain and warehouse procedures
Skills and Competencies

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Control
- Receive, inspect, and verify aircraft materials and tools
- Manage binning, storage, picking, and issuing of stock
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Conduct stock counts, reconciliations, and audits
- Update stock movements on the AMOS system
Operations Support
- Ensure timely processing of picking slips and dispatch
- Maintain shelf-life records of aircraft materials
- Allocate and manage bin and rack locations
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with internal customers and stakeholders
- Support operational requirements through efficient material availability
Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and procedures
