Job Overview

Heineken Beverages is offering an exciting TPM & Capability Internship based at Sedibeng Brewery in Gauteng. This opportunity is ideal for engineering graduates or students seeking hands-on experience in supply chain operations, continuous improvement, and technical documentation.

The successful candidate will support TPM initiatives, assist with operational processes, and collaborate across multiple departments including Customer Services and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

TPM & Process Support

  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating work instructions and SOPs
  • Support Total Productive Management (TPM) initiatives
  • Participate in process mapping and continuous improvement projects

Documentation & Administration

  • Capture, organise, and maintain technical and operational documentation
  • Ensure all documentation meets company standards and compliance requirements

Data & Reporting

  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Support performance tracking and improvement initiatives

Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with Customer Services and Logistics teams
  • Provide administrative and operational support where required
  • Assist the TPM & Capability Specialist with daily tasks

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related)
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles and processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Valid driver’s licence
