Job Overview

Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma in Finance and Accounting (Essential)
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the insurance industry
- At least 2 years’ call centre or telephone-based customer service experience
- Knowledge of at least one insurance product (required for Consultant Level 1)
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of insurance principles and products
- Client servicing and retention skills
- Knowledge of client value propositions and customer engagement strategies
