Job Overview
The Banker, Transactional – Growth will support Relationship Managers in managing day-to-day administrative, operational, and sales functions for an allocated growth portfolio. This role ensures compliance requirements are met while acting as the central office contact for clients, delivering sales and service in alignment with segment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers with portfolio administration and client management.
- Ensure all compliance requirements within the portfolio are met.
- Serve as central office-bound contact for clients, handling queries and service requests.
- Assist with sales fulfilment and operational functions aligned to growth targets.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely account management.
