Learnership Overview

The Generic Management NQF Level 5 Learnership is designed to provide unemployed South Africans with practical knowledge, skills, and competencies aligned to the National Qualifications Framework.

Key objectives include:

  • Skill Development: Gain generic workplace skills applicable across industries, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • Career Guidance: Learn to set career goals, identify pathways, and understand job market demands.
  • Job Readiness: Improve employability through CV writing, interview skills, and workplace etiquette.
  • Motivation and Confidence: Build self-efficacy and motivation to secure and maintain employment.

The learnership focuses on developing competence in areas such as operational strategy, project implementation, performance monitoring, team leadership, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • Unemployed South African citizens aged 18–35
  • Matric (Grade 12) certificate required
  • No criminal record
  • Willingness to undergo assessment tests and interviews
