Job Overview
The Groups Agent will manage group bookings, liaise with passengers, and provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for coordinating communications, processing bookings, and ensuring a smooth experience for FlySafair’s group clients.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (essential)
- Call center experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Zendesk, Raddix, Phone Systems, and PayU (advantageous)
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required
- Knowledge of FlySafair offerings

Key Responsibilities
- Book and coordinate group bookings
- Answer client calls, emails, and other communications efficiently
- Provide assistance with special requests, lost property, and booking changes
- Verify payments and manage client data
- Generate quotations and guide clients through the booking process
- Report recurrent passenger issues to management for resolution
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
