Job Overview

The Groups Agent will manage group bookings, liaise with passengers, and provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for coordinating communications, processing bookings, and ensuring a smooth experience for FlySafair’s group clients.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (essential)
  • Call center experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Zendesk, Raddix, Phone Systems, and PayU (advantageous)
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required
  • Knowledge of FlySafair offerings

Personal Attributes: Friendly, professional, proactive, attentive to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, reliable timekeeping, ability to work independently and in a team

Key Responsibilities

  • Book and coordinate group bookings
  • Answer client calls, emails, and other communications efficiently
  • Provide assistance with special requests, lost property, and booking changes
  • Verify payments and manage client data
  • Generate quotations and guide clients through the booking process
  • Report recurrent passenger issues to management for resolution
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
