Requirements
Education & Experience
- Matric / Grade 12
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales administration or forwarding/clearing industry
Skills & Competencies
- Clear understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to handle client inquiries/complaints
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Work under pressure and use initiative effectively
- High attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Provide office support to Sales Department staff
- Answer customer general inquiries and assist with campaign calls
- Generate and qualify sales leads, updating iSell system
- Compile daily sales lead lists and provide reports to sales teams
- Coordinate local, regional, and global sales communication plans
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Monitor and report Sales Department KPIs
- Prepare business reviews, estimates, rate proposals, and sales reports
- Schedule meetings and support customer contracts
- Perform data entry tasks for sales figures and maintain organized filing system
