Job Overview
Amazon is hiring an ICQA Supervisor (Team Lead) to join its Fulfillment Centre in Cape Town. This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills who can drive operational excellence while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
As a Team Lead, you will oversee shift execution, supervise team members, and ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will also play a key role in motivating your team, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining high performance standards.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ year experience using Microsoft Office tools
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis and manipulation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including:
- Nights
- Weekends
- Holidays
- Ability to work 40 hours per week plus overtime if required
- Physically capable of:
- Lifting up to 49 lbs
- Standing/walking up to 12 hours
- Performing physical tasks (pushing, pulling, bending, reaching)
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional experience working with data in Microsoft Excel
